Attendance at GSQMRC events is not a right, it is a privilege.
We operate under the jurisdiction of both QMA and NJ Motor Vehicle Race Track Regulations which can be viewed here.
a. Any inappropriate conduct,
harassment or abuse directed
towards members, officials,
parents, drivers,spectators,
or volunteers will not be tolerated; including but not limited to abusive language or motions.
b. Those who violate this policy will be warned once, if the behavior continues they will be asked to leave the immediate racing area, possibly the facility.

New Practice Privileges
Effective with the September 17th Club Meeting:
Members who do not attend monthly meetings do not have practice privileges - this includes any open practice AND private practice - practice privileges will be reinstated after attendance at the next monthly meeting.
Members who do attend monthly meetings may attend open practice and schedule private practices, however, they may not share private practice with a club member who has had their practice privileges revoked. Breaking this rule will result in termination of practice privileges for all involved.
This new rule was discussed at our club meeting on Thursday, August 20th. The intention is to encourage increased participation in monthly meetings.
Reminder - Members must attend at least 50% of monthly meetings to retain their right to vote on club business including election of officers and trustees.
Remember this is for the kids, please stay involved.

$25 per car if post marked by 3/12/10
$40 per car if posted marked after 3/12/10
Parking will begin on Friday the 26th at 5pm
Practice will be 6pm til 9pm on Friday
Cars must go through saftey prior to practice

First Child - $165.00
Second Child - 100.00
